Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology to Host 'Innovate 2.0' - An Annual Event Unleashing the Future of Student Innovation

Get ready for an electrifying showcase of creativity and entrepreneurship as Innovate 2.0 returns on May 17 and May 18, 2024, at Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology (MSIT). Organized by the Institution Innovation Council (IIC-MSIT), this annual event is set to ignite the inventive spirit of students from across the region.

Innovate 2.0 is more than just a competition; it's a celebration of student innovation and a launchpad for future start-ups. This year, the event will feature participation from over 150 students from 20 schools, divided into 40+ dynamic teams, each presenting their cutting-edge prototypes and groundbreaking ideas.

An intra-college prototype competition will see 110+ students from 30+ teams vying for top honors, while an inter-college business model competition will bring together 50+ students from 15+ teams, each pitching their visionary business plans to potential investors.

Throughout the two-day event, attendees will benefit from numerous sessions on intellectual property rights (IPR), entrepreneurship, and start-up strategies, guided by a robust lineup of 50 mentors.
